For over 12 years, Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault has been the gathering place at the heart of the Madawaska. Le Chalet du Petit-Sault makes the place bigger: more room for good food, fresh beer and good times, right next to the Brasserie's popular taproom.

The space

At Le Chalet, no invitation needed. You walk in, grab a table, and you're good. The beer is brewed just on the other side of the window.

Le Chalet is made for adults, but families who come to eat are welcome. We protect one thing: the vibe. It's a chalet, not a playground. No dogs allowed.

The kitchen

Jaymie Gallant-Côté leads the Chalet kitchen. The menu features generous classics inspired by road trips, BBQ and chalet culture, built to go with what's on tap:

  • Mac & cheese

Le Chalet du Petit-Sault menu

Le Chalet and its kitchen are open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. A beer brewed right here, a coffee, a cocktail, something to eat, and a place made for taking your time.

Two moods, one place

The Brasserie is where the adventure starts. Le Chalet is where we get together. On one side, the 5 à 7 and the Brewtique to take your favourites home; on the other, a table where you can take your time. You move between the two like it's your own place, and you order food and drinks wherever you sit. Same address, same people, two ways to live the Petit-Sault.
